Sam Faiers says she's changed her mind about sending Rosie to nursery

‘They’re only little for such a short time’: Sam Faiers admits she has changed her mind about sending daughter Rosie, 3, to nursery

She has regularly got into rows with her partner Paul Knightley on The Mummy Diaries after disagreeing about whether to send their son to nursery.

And Sam Faiers had admitted that she has changed her mind about sending daughter Rosie, three, to pre-school.

The former TOWIE star, 29, had decided to enrol Rosie into nursery before starting school but has decided to keep her at home now.

Taking to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday night during a candid Q&A session, Sam admitted they had changed their mind as Rosie will only be ‘little for such a short time’.

She also insisted that they are able to manage with having her at home due to their flexible working schedule.

Sam replied to a question asking ‘Is Rosie going to start nursery?’: ‘Originally we were going to… but I’ve decided I’m going to keep her home for now. Maybe next September? I’m just not sure yet. (sic)

‘I feel they’re only little for such a short time [happy face] mainly because we can actually manage having her home with us with our flexible work and filming schedule… it’s whatever works for you as a family I guess.’

Elsewhere during the Q&A, Sam revealed that she wants another baby and will look to get pregnant in one to two years time.

She said: ‘Yes yes yes! I can’t wait to have another… well I can, I think maybe 1/2 more years before we have another.

‘How funny this pic we took was the night before I went into labour with little Paul… didn’t have a clue haha and he was two weeks early.’ (sic)

Sam also revealed that their house hunting has been put on hold until next year and that they are ‘very settled’ in their rented £2.25million five-bedroom home in Surrey.

In October, Sam and her partner Paul got emotional as they sent their son Paul Jr, four, to school.

Earlier this year, the reality star told MailOnline that she will be sending daughter Rosie to the same school for its pre-school when she’s older.

Sam revealed: ‘Actually, the school that little Paul is going to, they take them from aged three. I’m not going to put Rosie in the same term as Paul, as I want it all to be about Paul. Like I want it to be special for him, he’s starting school for the first time.

So I can enrol Rosie, I think either January or Easter. I will probably do it next year so she has six months. So Rosie won’t go to school next September, it will be the following September. So she had got quite a big chunk.

Big decisions: She has regularly got into rows with her partner Paul Knightley on The Mummy Diaries after disagreeing about whether to send their son to nursery

‘I will probably leave it a year now then give her a year in pre-school before school. So yeah, effectively, she will have done it but Paul didn’t.

‘Where it’s the younger part of the school, they will actually be together for a year before he goes up to the bigger part of the school. It’s all new to me, I’m still getting my head around it.’

On an earlier series of The Mummy Diaries, Sam and Paul disagreed about whether to send their son to pre-school, and last year she admitted Paul Jr – then three – was still not in nursery despite him starting school this year.

Tough times: In October, Sam and her partner Paul got emotional as they sent their son Paul Jr, four, to school

The reality star spoke exclusively to MailOnline when she revealed that he was not yet at nursery after she had a furious row with partner Paul about the decision.

She said at the time: ‘This time next year, he’ll be going to school. It’s going to go really quick and it gives me butterflies in my tummy…

‘I just think that’s a whole different chapter of life. They could be in school for years, potentially until uni, you just don’t know how long they are going to be gone for.’

Sweet: Earlier this year, the reality star told MailOnline that she will be sending daughter Rosie to the same school as Paul (pictured) for its pre-school when she’s older

Talking about nursery, she said: ‘So, he’s not. I did try him at a couple, one play group with a nursery, it wasn’t really working out for us. More so us than him and I think while we’ve got the flexibility with work, we can have him at home.

‘A lot of people would be like ”Why isn’t he in nursery? Blah, blah, blah!” We don’t actually have to send him because we can juggle it ourselves.

‘So next year, he goes to school, I’m going to hopefully find a school which has a pre-school within the school, so he can spend six months there and go straight into reception, that’s the plan. That’s the dream.’
