The Countess of Wessex looked every inch a Pretty Woman, when she attended the women’s hockey World Cup final in London on Sunday.
Sophie, 53, wore her Prada brown polka dress for the event, which looks strikingly similar to the one Julia Roberts’ character Vivian wears to attend the polo in the 1990 film classic.
The designer number is an old favourite of Sophie’s, who first wore it in 2013 for a Buckingham Palace garden party.
She teamed the summery sleeveless frock with tan espadrille wedges and tortoiseshell sunnies.
The Countess, who was joined by her daughter Lady Louise, 14, watched the Netherlands beat Ireland at the Lee Valley Hockey Centre.
After the match, Sophie met the players and presented the winning team with their medals and a trophy.
She became the Royal Patron of England Hockey in 2006 and hosted a lunch at St James’s Palace earlier last week to celebrate the World Cup.
Sophie had somewhat of a style overhaul a few years ago and she’s become renowned as being one of the most fashion forward members of the royal family, alongside the Duchess of Cambridge.
