Indeed, stars began to realize the power of their earning potential from the service after actress and singer Bella Thorne joined the platform in 2020 – earning a record $1million in her first 24 hours.
In fact, the former Disney Channel star managed to rake in over $2million in the space of a week – with her success inspiring the likes of model Blac Chyna and even rapper Tyga to join the platform in an attempt to cash in.

Despite previously vowing to never join racy platform, the 32-year-old musician delighted fans with news of a $25 per month subscription for access to illustration, poetry, photography, video, and music, including her fourth album.
While reflecting on selling raunchy images of herself during a recent episode of High Low with EmRata, the Australian rapper explained how she ‘made records labels so much money off of her body.’

However Thorne told the Los Angeles Times that the post promising a ‘naked’ picture was falsified as her real social media clarified she would not be offering nudes.

‘FALSE. That isn’t a real tweet. No one on my team would EVER do that,’ she raged.
‘Y’all really need to stop lying! It’s not the way earning on OnlyFans works stat wise. You can’t earn ALL THAT in subscriptions and yet only $512 dollar in messages.’
