She often uses Instagram to share snippets of her life with fans. 

And Ulrika Jonsson, 53, gave her 161,000 followers a preview into her lingerie choices at the weekend when she posed for a mirror selfie wearing nude underwear.

Angling her phone so her face was hidden, the presenter snapped a side profile shot which exhibited her underwear, drawing attention to her trim figure.

Standing in front of her bathroom mirror, the Swedish-born star left little to the imagination, showed off her taut stomach and tanned skin.

Keeping her famous blonde tresses tied back, Ulrika captioned the Instagram story: ‘Everybody: Buy flesh coloured underwear. Me:’. 

The star has recently vowed to ‘own’ her body after she shared a naked picture of herself in support of men’s mental health campaign, Bare Yourself.

Writing in her new column, Ulrika candidly admitted that she was put out of her ‘comfort zone’ for the snap, saying: ‘I cannot avoid seeing the excess skin, the cellulite on the back of my legs and my ever-decreasing bum.’  

Yet the blonde beauty insisted that she has to ‘accept’ and ‘take ownership’ of her nearly body as it has ‘given life to four beautiful, ungrateful children’.

She shared the image of herself wearing nothing but a pair of wellies while tending to her garden to Instagram last month.   

The mother-of-four also shared her latest tattoo on Instagram last week, which she had done in a sweet tribute to her much-loved dog Fella. 

Ulrika shared a close-up snap of the new ‘E F fella’ ink that was half written in capitals and half in cursive, after her pet pooch passed away in March.

‘What a handsome boy you were, Fell. My God, we loved you,’ Ulrika wrote in the emotional post.   .

The dog mum told her followers in the lengthy post: ‘A wee tribute to my boy, Fella, who I lost in March 

‘Initially fostered by me from the amazing @theedwardfoundation but I knew I couldn’t let him go, he was a keeper. 

‘A nine-year-old boy who’d had a pretty rough life and was riddled with health issues. 

‘But I hope we gave him the best last one and a half years of his life (with huge thanks to Clare HB at the end) despite his dementia and general bonkersness like eating soil and barking at walls…  

Ulrika continued: ‘What a handsome boy you were, Fell. My God, we loved you.’

And she teased her fans with a further tattoo reveal in the coming weeks at the end of the post.  

‘(Had a couple of other inks done today. Will reveal in due course). Thanks @littlelourose,’ she signed off as she shouted out her tattoo artist.
