But it seems she isn't so recognisable in her most recent campaign with fans claiming that "too much editing" has left her looking like a completely different person.
The accusations started when Bella shared a photo from a new Versace shoot on Instagram earlier this week.
The image – shot in July by Steven Meisel – sees the 21-year-old posing between Victoria's Secret Angel Stella Maxwell and male model Joao Knorr.
She'd captioned the snap: "Versace Versace VERSACE!
"I'm a little late, but wow! I couldn't tell you much I love the @versace family & how happy I am to be a part of this campaign."
It's clear that Bella is proud of her latest work.
And the post has been popular, amassing over 300,000 likes over the past couple of days.
But when you scroll through the comments, you can't help but notice how many of her followers have expressed confusion at her appearance.
One wrote: "I wasn't able to recognise Bella until I looked up close."
Others said: "Which one are you?" "Where's Bella Hadid?" and: "It doesn't look like her AT ALL."
Many put this down to airbrushing, with messages claiming: "She doesn't look like herself! Too much editing," and: "This is so Photoshopped."
There are a number of reasons for someone looking different in a photo, from angles to make-up – and yes, airbrushing.
But we can't see any reason for someone wanting to Photoshop Bella, because frankly, she's absolutely perfect as she is.
