A HEALTHY woman has revealed her one-pan pasta recipe that takes only 15 minutes to prepare.

She said the dish is creamy, claiming that healthy food can also be delicious.

Cindy K (@thechicpea) filmed herself preparing the pasta in a video on TikTok.

According to her bio on the social media platform, she is down 40 pounds, and posts videos of her healthy meal ideas.

She called the pasta recipe: "15-minute, one-pan, creamy, spicy turkey pasta."

First, she diced up some onions and garlic, using ground turkey as a source of protein.

"Sauté diced onions, garlic, and ground turkey. Season with salt and pepper," she said.

"Add one tablespoon Calabrian chili paste (Trader Joe's) or use chili flakes and tomato paste.

"Toss in pasta, add bone broth (for added protein) or chicken broth until pasta is covered in Raos marinara pasta sauce.

"Bring to a boil, then lower heat to a simmer and cover for 10 minutes or until pasta is cooked through."

The kitchen whizz said that the recipe would come out rich and indulgent.

"Take lid off, add one dollop of light cream cheese, stir, and pasta sauce will continue to get creamy and thicccc," she said.

Finally, she added a couple of garnishes to complete the meal.

"Garnish with grated parmesan and fresh basil if you wish," she said.

Cindy suggested that the turkey pasta was so good that some may find it difficult to not go back for seconds.

"Try to eat just one bowl," she added.
