FROM expensive skincare products to forking out thousands on surgery, there are all different ways people try and turn back the clock.
But one youth-defying 70-year-old woman has shared her top anti-ageing tip – and the good news is, it won't break the bank.
In a clip shared to TikTok (@treshonlyniece), a woman named Treshon Lyniece could be seen smiling alongside her age-defying grandma and says: "Asking my 70-year-old grandma what's her beauty secrets."
She then turns to her relative and asks: "What are your tips to staying youthful?
"The girls want to know – we want to know what's the tea…what's the skincare routine?"
Sharing her top tips for battling fine lines and wrinkles, Treshon's grandma begins by explaining that she doesn't drink or smoke.

However, there is one beauty product she swears by…Dove exfoliator.

The video has since gone viral, racking up thousands of views and hundreds of comments from social media users.

A second commented: "Crazy how young she looks."
A third enthused: "She looks amazing!!!"
Meanwhile, a fourth noted: "She is STUNNING!!!"
Another added: "She is killing the game."
And a further chimed in: "My 73 yr old Mom said to hug her for her. She said the 70s ladies have to stick together.
"She's gorgeous and so are y'all."

In response to social media users pleading for her anti-ageing tips, Lynne Zekis, who refers to herself as a "silver sister" because of her grey hair, shared the two tricks she swears by for looking young.
