NOT MANY things feel worse than leaving a hair salon completely dissatisfied.

One client said she felt unhappy with her hair extensions a day after she got them – and the stylist who rescued her locks showed the shocking amount of damage they did to the woman’s hair.

Lana, a hairstylist who boasts 65,000 followers on TikTok, shared a video of the hair extension removal process on their page.

In the video, the client can be heard complaining about her scalp itching the day after she originally got her extensions.

The stylist informed the upset client that she came in at the right time.

“If this keeps going on, I’ve seen people come back with red bumps all around [the hairline],” they noted.

In the video, the stylist wrote that the hair extensions should grow out smoothly with hair and should not cause any discomfort.

The stylist also warned the client that she would lose a lot of hair from the removal process because her extensions were done so poorly.

The video shows just one extension being removed, and when it was completely loosened from the hair, several strands came with it.

The customer is heard sighing in relief that at least part of her head was feeling better.

Haircare can be a fun, yet stressful experience.

People can show up to a salon hoping for one thing and end up with a haircut or color that they believe is the worst thing they’ve ever seen.

Trying new hair styling products or techniques at home can bring about a similar feeling.

Fortunately, there are plenty of professionals who passionately share their best tips and tricks online so people can avoid having bad hair days.

For instance, one TikToker revealed three products she refuses to use on her hair.

Another hair guru alerted people of a major mistake she sees people make when it comes to brushing their hair.
