A BIG-BUSTED woman has shared her top tips for spotting an ill-fitting bra.
Hari Beavis took to The Big T**tie Committee page on TikTok and shared a video where she can be seen modelling an old bra that no longer offers her the support she needs.
In the clip, she begins: "OK we are going to talk about why this bra is an ill-fitting bra, as beautiful as it is.
"So, the wire is not sitting behind my breast tissue so my entire boob is not actually in the cup even though it might look like it."
Hari then goes on to point out that where the panelling on the bra sits, is where you want the wire to go.
"As soon as you put a bra on, you want to swoop and scoop it so that all of the breast tissue is encompassed in that cup," she continues.

"Now as much as at the back, this band is parallel to the ground which is where you want it, that's because there's lots of hooks and eyes.
"So if this was on one or two it'd be riding up my back which is not good for support."
She adds: "And if you look closely, you can see that if I was to do too much movement, I'd start to get a double boob bulging and again, that's not what you want if you wear a top.
It just doesn't look good."

"Wow that makes so much sense!!!!! I have 34 ff/g and that's my issue with the wire and back!!!" wrote one.
A second admitted: "I did not know about the wire placement!!!!"
A third penned: "I’m so surprised to hear that the underwire is supposed to go that far back! I find that quite uncomfortable. But good to know! I had no idea."
