Nike has offered a new “Triple Black” iteration of the Air Max Plus. Three years ago, Nike celebrated the 20th-anniversary of the silhouette with a similarly all-black colorway that primarily used mesh uppers. This time, the American footwear giant has opted for premium leather uppers.
Starting at the top of the shoe is a glossy rubber “Air” patch logo at the tongue, set over premium black leather that dominates the uppers. Tonal laces cover the forefoot, complemented by embroidered stripes seen throughout the body. Furthermore, a tiny yellow “Tn” logo is stamped atop the heel counter while the shoe’s sleek mudguards round off the uppers’ design. The shoe sports translucent Air sole units as finishing touches to the tonal colorway.
Nike’s Air Max Plus “Triple Black” is currently available on atmos’ website for ¥19,000 JPY (approximately $182 USD).
In case you missed it, another batch of UNDEFEATED x Nike Air Max 97 collaborations is on the way.
