Queen and Adam Lambert perform in torrential rain in Brisbane
After kicking off their North America tour in Baltimore last week, Queen and Adam Lambert performed in Toronto on Sunday evening marking their only Canadian show this time around.
Sir Brian May has shared some highlights from the performance at Scotiabank Arena, praising fan enthusiasm on social media.
The 76-year-old wrote: “THANKS Good Folks of Canada – we’ve missed your special kind of energy. We rocked tonight for sure.”
After a confetti-fuelled conclusion, the Queen guitarist posted some behind-the-scenes videos from backstage.

Sir Brian captioned one post: “This is what you don’t see … incredible QAL Road Team dismantling the show and packing it up into the trucks to head on to ….Detroit !!! Bri.”
As he left the Scotiabank Arena, the rock legend added: “And our own get-out … back ’home’ to a hotel room with a great view of the CN tower ….”
As mentioned, Queen and Adam Lambert will next be heading off to Detroit for a show at Little Caesars Arena tomorrow before a couple of concerts at New York’s Madison Square Garden later in the week. Check out the full tour dates below.
