BTS’ RM Hasn’t Met Halsey’s Baby Yet — ‘I Just Saw Photos'

Halsey is close friends with the BTS members. She even posted a picture of Suga with her baby. Although RM congratulated Halsey on her child, the K-pop idol confirmed that he hadn’t met Ender Ridley Aydin yet. (He has seen pictures, though!) Here’s what we learned from RM’s latest V Live.

Halsey gave birth to her child, Ender Ridley Aydin, in 2021

Halsey is the artist behind “Without Me,” “You Should Be Sad,” and “Walls Could Talk.” In 2021, this artist also became a mother, giving birth to her first child — her son Ender Ridley Aydin, on July 14, 2021.

The artist announced the news on their Instagram account, also posting pictures with their partner — screenwriter Alev Aydin. Of course, Halsey is still creating music, sharing her appreciation and admiration for other artists. That includes BTS — known as the Grammy-nominated K-pop group behind “Permission to Dance.”

BTS’ RM hasn’t met Halsey’s child yet

The BTS members and Halsey became close friends thanks to their collaboration on the Map of the Soul: Persona track, “Boy With Luv.” Halsey appeared in the audience at one of BTS’ Permission to Dance on Stage performances and invited Suga to perform a song on Manic — “Suga’s Interlude.”

Halsey also took to social media, posting pictures of BTS’ rapper, songwriter, and producer, Suga. One photo even showed Suga snuggling the child close to his face. Of course, ARMYs took to social media, sharing their support for this friendship. One fan even asked RM during his 2022 live stream if he met Ender Ridley Aydin.

‘Did you meet Halsey’s baby?’ No, not yet. I just saw photos. But she was so sweet,” RM said in English during the live stream.

It’s unclear if any other BTS members spent time with Halsey’s baby. The K-pop idols have been considerably busy, though, with a comeback scheduled for June 2022. They recently collaborated with Coldplay for “My Universe” and Megan Thee Stallion for a remix of “Butter.”

Halsey released ‘If I Can’t Have Love, I Want Power (Extended)’ in 2022

Halsey announced her album If I Can’t Have Love, I Want Power in 2021, informed by and themed around her experience with pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood. The cover featured Halsey as the Mother Mary, photographed at New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Each track earned millions of Spotify streams, with Halsey also elaborating on her experience as a working mother.

“I feel guilty for working. I feel guilty when I’m not working,” Halsey tweeted in 2021. “I’m terrified I’ll always struggle to live up to my own expectations. But I have also experienced love unlike any other and have finally learned how to ask for help and admit when I’m lonely or in need.”

Music by Halsey and BTS is available on most major streaming platforms.
