Gemma Collins shows off 3.5 stone weight loss during surfing session in Cornwall

Gemma Collins has been showing off the fruits of her weight loss and fitness labour again – this time in Cornwall.

The 40-year-old reality TV star shared some inspirational snaps of herself while out for a surf on Watergate beach near Newquay.

Gemma flaunted her newly trim shape in a wetsuit while posing next to her surfboard.

She captioned the Instagram snap: "COWABUNGA absolutely loving the surf dude life.

"It's so much fun. I can't tell you never did a staycation before but fallen in love with Cornwall, might need to get myself a place next to Ramsey," she teased.

Gemma is believed to be camping while on holiday in the West Country.

She began her weight loss and fitness journey during the first lockdown last year and has not looked back since.

Not only has Gemma changed her diet, but she has also started doing regular HIIT workouts – and has even had a bit of help from Joe Wicks.

Gemma, who is dating Rami Hawash, said previously she wanted to lose weight to help her get pregnant.

She told The Sun: "I would love to have a child. It would be great for me, and such a positive message for all the girls out there who don't want to rush their life or their life has taken different a direction, like me who's put their career first.

"I'm going to be up there with them all — Mariah Carey, Madonna, Kylie Minogue and Jennifer Aniston."

Gemma added: "I've got a fabulous doctor. I can definitely have a child, he just told me it would be easier when I'm not carrying as much weight."

Meanwhile, the former TOWIE star is set to rake in £250,000 for a week’s work.

She is taking her Big Night Out show on a seven-date theatre tour.

A showbiz source said: "It will be a hard week for Gemma but she will be doing what she does best – chatting to fans.

"She will be looking at a £250,000 take for the week with ticket prices and merchandise. That's not a bad little earner."

Gemma – nicknamed The GC – has already almost sold out Manchester's 1,915-seat Opera House, and other venues are heading the same way.

Tickets start at £33 and soar to £113 for a VIP meet-and-greet package.
