Loose Women star Denise Welch sent social media into a frenzy as she ditched her clothes to showcase her jaw dropping weight loss eight years on.
Uploading two side by side images, the 62-year-old explained that she had been on the same transformational journey for almost a decade but had managed to maintain a healthy lifestyle along with her size 10 dress size.
In the first image, the TV star could be seen in a bright pink strapless bikini as she clutched at her assets while on what appeared to be sun-soaked adventure.
Next to the beach snap, Denise looked noticeably happier as she beamed a huge smile while rocking a slimming black coloured two-piece.
Not afraid to show off her sensational achievement after reaching her goal, Denise told fans about the hardship she'd gone through to get to where she is now.
She captioned: "Eight years ago I gave up alcohol but started to replace one addiction with another and my eating became out of control for a while.
"I gained over two stone quickly and my health deteriorated.
"My breathing became impaired and my osteoarthritis worsened on my back and knees."

Saira Khan shares cryptic message days after abruptly quitting Loose Women
Denise had not just hailed an eating plan or diet responsible for her pound shedding, instead she'd explored counselling to help her to develop a healthy relationship with food.
The panellist added: "With the help of Lighter Life and their use of cognitive behavioural therapy I learnt how to change my relationship with food. I have maintained my two stone weight loss now for eight years.
"I eat normally, have treat days but I flexifast on one or sometimes two days a week."
Like everyone else right now, Denise found herself slipping out of control during the coronavirus lockdown period but managed to reign it back in and get back on track.
She penned: "It's been harder in lockdown but I enjoy being in control of something as we have so little control in every other area! It's not about being a size 10 anymore.
"I don't care what my size is and I never do scales. It’s about being a healthy weight and looking after myself as I approach my 63rd birthday!!
"I credit Lighter Life with changing my relationship with food and I swear I would never promote anything I did not truly believe in."
She added the cheeky hashtag "kitchen underwear pics".
Loose Women airs weekdays at 12.30pm on ITV.
