Ex Love Island star Megan Barton Hanson struck up a number of sizzling poses as she wowed in a virtually non-existent top as she attended the second day of London's Upminster We Are FSTVL.

The 29-year-old went all out 90's with her look – treating fans to a blast of nostalgia as she sizzled in a sparkling blue handkerchief top that plunged low and was totally backless.

She teamed the barely-there garment with a baggy pair of hipster dark-denim wash jeans that boasted multiple pockets.

Adding an element of glamour, she popped on a duo of gold necklaces, a trio of bangles and wore a number of matching coloured rings.

Keeping her image trendy and casual, she kicked back in a flat pair of trainers.

Megan's blonde locks were immaculately groomed into a tousled style and her make-up included a glossed lip, fluttery lashes and brushed out eyebrows.

Packing on a cosy display with her on-off lover Demi Sims, the pair were spotted chatting and giggling within the VIP section of the festival.

Demi wore a fabulous double denim coordinated attire with a bikini top that was made from PVC.

The couple – who recently confirmed that they are an item again after a lengthy split – looked to be in high spirits as they joined headliner Skepta and chart-topping DJ's such as Fisher, Andy C and Joel Corry at the event.

Demi and Megan confirmed in February this year that their relationship was back on again.

The Only Way Is Essex star, Demi was elated that she and the ITV bombshell had got their romance on track again.

At the time, Demi revealed in an interview that she and Megan had reunited for a steamy OnlyFans shoot and from that moment onwards she knew they'd "get things back on".

It appears that the girls didn't know they'd both been booked for the same steamy lingerie job and as soon as Demi saw Megan standing in just her underwear she could feel the "energy" between them again.

Chatting with Scott McGlynn on the Podcast Celebrity Skin Talk, Demi opened up about their encounter.

She said: "So me and Meg, obviously we were seeing each other a few years ago. But we were working on a show and we were in a rush.

"It wasn't how you would normally go about a relationship. Then it ended, and we always had this connection whether it was friendly or a bit more, even if it was friendly we'd have phone calls, we'd disappear and then we'd talk to each other."

The reality star went on to explain: "Then I came back to England and I was doing a photoshoot with her with OnlyFans, and she's standing there in her lingerie, and I'm like 'Omg what is going on'".

"I'm trying to play it cool as I'm getting into my lingerie. It's hard when two exes are standing there in our lingerie. We both smiled at each other and I could sense it, I could tell.

"We had to stand nose to nose and hold each other, and it was just one of those moments when you can feel the energy. I just knew we were going to get things back on."
