BRITNEY Spears' fans are worried about pop star once more as she posted a "creepy" photo of a Victorian woman holding a baby's skeleton.
The star has been battling with the courts to get her father removed as her conservator.
Britney, 39, is known for sharing some rather odd Instagram posts which fans have taken as clues and secret messages.
However, her fans were left scratching their heads as the singer shared a picture of a Victorian woman holding the skeleton of a baby.
Along with the terrifying picture, she wrote: "Devil is in the details …. wouldn’t want this baby to hit me one more time !!!!"
Though this was a word play of her greatest hit, fans still rushed to the comments to check up on her.
One fan wrote asked if she was ok while multiple others claimed they were "concerned."
Another fan, who has clearly taken her posts as signs, wrote: "This is 100% a sign."
Others said the post was "creepy" and even "terrifying."
One last fan commented: "Clearly this ain't Britney posting … sis we concerned."
The creepy picture comes after the hitmaker officially asked a judge to finally end her dad's control over her $60M fortune and personal life.
Jamie had been in control of both the singer's financial and personal affairs before stepping down from the latter role in September 2019 due to health reasons.
Jodi Montgomery, a care professional, then replaced him on what has been a temporary basis.
At the most recent hearing into Britney's case, her lawyer Samuel D Ingham III told a judge in Los Angeles he would file a petition to make the appointment permanent.
The key legal papers were filed and obtained by the PA news agency.
Under the terms of the long-running conservatorship, Britney can’t drive or go out by herself, or make any significant personal or financial decisions.
After the filing, a source told Page Six: “If Jodi becomes her conservator things would drastically change for Britney – she’s not working because of her dad. She has said that as long as a dad is in control of her life, she’s not working.
“Britney trusts Jodi Montgomery – she’s really great. Things would drastically change for the better.”
The megastar has been the focus of the media and fans once again after the release of the documentary, Framing Britney Spears, which takes viewers on a stroll down memory lane in the entertainer's chaotic life.
The doc touches on the conservatorship, but it also reminds fans of the time Britney shaved her head, when she attacked paparazzi with an umbrella, and her infamous interview with Diane Sawyer.
Viewers are also given another look at Britney's relationship with ex Justin Timberlake – fans previously accused the singer and actor of making Britney look like a "villain."
The former boy band member apologized to Britney for his treatment of her, and for "contributing to the problem of misogyny."
The former couple dated from 1998-2002.
Britney shares two sons – Sean, 15, and Jayden, 14 -– with her ex, Kevin Federline.
The singer moved on with Sam Asghari, whom has been taking care of her for the last couple of years and hopes to marry and have kids with her soon.
