The kebab shop worker learned she was pregnant with four babies earlier this year and she will welcome the quads into the world in upcoming episodes set to air next week.
Over the past few months, Gemma and baby daddy Chesney Brown (Sam Aston) have been visiting the hospital frequently to keep an eye on the babies.
Things take a turn for the expecting couple when Gemma discovers that mum Bernie (Jane Hazlegrove) has painted Chesney as a love-rat during her magazine interview.

Gemma's money-making mother believed that such a tale would make for a more interesting story.
After deciding to give her relationship with Chesney another go, the pair head off to North Wales to enjoy a day out together.
In true Gemma fashion, she goes into labour 80ft in the air, in a cable car.
Following the drama, Gemma eventually wakes up in hospital and stares at her four babies.

The thought of looking after the quads leaves the new mum terrified.
As she struggles to express milk, Chesney and the nurse support Gemma and tell her that she's doing really well.
More heartbreak follows as Gemma is told that she's discharged but the babies need to stay in a hospital in Wales.
Bernie continues to attempt to make money from her new grandchildren by making their own Instagram account, leaving Gemma furious.

Later Gemma is stunned when Cathy Matthews tells her that she and Ches are booked into a posh hotel as long as they can use Cable Car Quads in their promotions.
