EastEnders couple Stacey and Martin Fowler will have a huge showdown in the show’s special consent episode tonight (November 29).
Thursday’s visit to Walford is based solely in The Vic, as Ruby Allen is forced to listen to the locals discussing a newspaper article about her rape ordeal.
As Ruby does her best to try to ignore the conversations, Stacey struggles to keep her emotions to herself when it comes to her husband Martin’s divided loyalties.
Furious that he is still spending time with Matt and Ross regardless, Stacey lashes out at Martin – humiliating Ruby in the process.
When Stacey’s outburst leads to everyone discovering that Martin’s friends are the men responsible, Ross and Matt are forced to make a hasty exit.
Although Martin later does his best to explain his side of the argument to Stacey, it’s clear that the pair are never going to really see eye to eye on this one. But what will this mean for their marriage?
EastEnders airs Ruby’s special episode tonight at 7.30pm on BBC One.
