Emily Atack poses for smouldering snaps as she arrives in the Wild West warning 'lock up your cowboys'

EMILY Atack looked sensational as she arrived in the Wild West to start filming a new BBC travel series.

The 32-year-old actress shared a series of stunning snaps and warned the locals to "lock up their cowboys" as she landed in sunny Colorado, US.

The TV favourite will be travelling to the Rocky Mountains with comedian Ruby Wax and Spice Girl Mel B for their travelogue series.

The trio have joined forces as they retrace the travels of Isabella Bird – an inspiring female explorer from the 19th century.

Emily shared a photo from the back of a taxi as she made the 100 mile journey from Denver to Cheyenne.

Wearing a pair of sunglasses and a grey woolly jumper, Emily wrote: "On our way from Cheyenne to Denver. Lock up your cowboys."

The Celebrity Juice team captain gave fans a sneak peek inside her hotel room, with an ensuite bathroom and a private kitchen.

She was also greeted with a cowboy-themed chocolate cake and a welcome card.

The Inbetweeners star has already hit the pubs for a boozy outing as she sampled some of the beers.

She also enjoyed some sightseeing before filming begins today.

Wearing a striped top and a denim jacket, the smiling star wrote: "So far, so good. Can’t stop putting syrup on everything. Filming begins tomorrow ?."

In February, Emily excitedly announced the news about her new venture.

Speaking to the camera, Emily said: "So I can't believe I can finally talk about this. I can officially announce that me, Ruby Wax and Mel B are going to be travelling Colorado together in a new travelogue series for BBC2.

"I can't believe it! The idea is that we're retracing the steps of a woman called Isabella Bird, who was an explorer in the 19th century. So we're going to be retracing her steps, she did all of the Rocky Mountains.

"So that's what we're going to be doing, I've never been anywhere like that. I just think of Dumb and Dumber, when they're going to find Mary Swanson.

"I'm going to channel my inner Mary. And I'm going to look b*****d in those ski outfits."

At the time, she shared a photo of Mel, 46, and Ruby, 68, on her Instagram, as the three women pulled funny expressions.

She captioned the photo: "The secret's out! I am BEYOND EXCTED to announce new travelogue series Trailblazers coming soon to BBC2.
