Full list of new Netflix shows and films this week – including Tinder Swindler

It’s a new week, which of course means new additions to Netflix for you to binge on. The streaming platform seems to have an endless option of old fan-favourites, brand new shows and plenty of originals.

While there are plenty of losses and removals from Netflix UK to start off February – with the largest one being the departure of NBC's Parks And Recreation – there's also plenty of new stuff coming.

Whether you're looking for something feel-good or want to travel back into the early 2000s with a cult film, there's a good range of content for you to pick on Netflix as we head into a new month.

  • Through My Window (2022) N – Spanish teen movie based on a book about a woman trying to get her next-door neighbour to fall in love with her

  • Brokeback Mountain (2005) – Cult LGBTQ romance movie that’s approaching its 20th year anniversary starring Jake Gyllenhaal and Heath Ledger
  • Hachi: A Dog’s Tale (2009) – Richard Gere and Joan Allen stars in this biopic family drama about a college professor bonding with his dog

February 6

  • Around the World in 80 Days (2021) – Animated feature film based on the classic story about a marmoset embarking on a wild adventure to travel around the world in 80 days after accepting a challenge from a greedy frog

  • The Hunt (2020) – Betty Gilpin (GLOW) stars in this horror thriller about twelve strangers waking up clueless about where they are and they find out they’ve been chosen for a hunt.

  • The Photograph (2020) – Issa Rae stars in this romance movie about intertwining love stories in the past and present.

Raising Dion ( Season 2) – February 1

Superhero series Raising Dion returns for its second second. This season follows Dion as he hones his powers with the support of his mother and Tevin (Rome Flynn), his Biona trainer who catches Nicole’s eye.

Kid Cosmic (Season 3) – February 3

The superhero kids cartoon will be coming to an end with third and final season. The show which comes from Craig McCracken who is most known for The Powerpuff Girls is one of the most highly rated picks on the streamer.

Sweet Magnolias (Season 2) – February 4

Feel-good series Sweet Magnolias, which has been adapted from a book of the same name, returns for a second season filled with laughter, love and loss.
