Good Morning Britain host Ben Shephard spoke of his earlier presenting days on today's episode, including a time he worked on a holiday programme on the BBC.
The 45-year-old brought up the party destination of Magaluf, sharing his memories – however cloudy they may be – from his time in the Majorca resort.
Talking of a foam party he'd been to, he said: "I went to one of those parties in Magaluf once and I've not forgot it. I've not got rid of what I caught, either."
He explained: "I was filming for the BBC Holiday programme back in the day. I thought this would be brilliant and it just wasn't."
Ben didn't stop there though, suggesting he'd had some fun with another holiday maker while there.

He teased: "I seem to remember she was northern and that's all I can remember. It was something I'll never forget."
His co-stars teased him, asking what he'd "caught", though Ben didn't give up many more details.
Rather than talking about him getting up to no good, he explained more about how he found himself in Magaluf.
He said: "We were all in Majorca – there's lots of different ways you can holiday in Majorca. High end, families can go, or there's the party town Magaluf.
"There were three of us in different parts and I ended up in Magaluf."

He added: "I've not been back."
Though he did say: "I tell you what, it's an experience."
His co-stars teased him throughout the rest of the show, with weatherman Alex Beresford desperate to know what his wife Annie thinks of his story, while the others asked if Annie was the "northern" girl.
Ben said: "She's midlands, she's a Brummie. It's very north of Watford.
"She wasn't in Magaluf, though. It was the good old days."
