Holly Willoughby confronted Britain’s oldest dominatrix on This Morning, to question whether she’s helping married men to cheat.

Sherry Lever, 70, a former chef who became a dominatrix in 2012, chatted to Holly and Phillip Schofield on This Morning, with the presenter asking about men who have partners.

‘Some of these people who come and see you are in relationships, some of them are married,’ she said.

‘There will be people watching this saying “Well, aren’t you just involved in helping them to cheat?”‘

Sherry responded: ‘Well, if we’re going to get right down to the nitty gritty, not every partner would be happy for their husband to come and see me, but isn’t it preferable that they come to see me because they’ve got a kink, rather than go to an escort?’

Holly replied: ‘I don’t know if there’s any difference.’

Sherry, who also said she doesn’t class herself as a sex worker, clarified: ‘There’s no sex.’

‘Is it emotional betrayal?’ Holly asked, adding: ‘It’s not just physical that upsets people I don’t think.”

Sherry pointed out: ‘They don’t want to have that sort of kink with their partner.

‘They want to keep the two separate and also their partner wouldn’t be happy if they saw the submissive side to them, whereas to me it’s normal.’

‘You don’t consider yourself a sex worker?’ Holly went on to ask.

‘Absolutely not,’ Sherry, who goes by the name Mistress Sofia, responded.

‘Unfortunately we’re in a grey area. THey don’t know where to put us so we are actually classed as sex workers.

‘To the vanilla population, that automatically means we have sex. So I’m on a mission for people to understand we do not.

‘It’s about domination. It’s also about cissification, servitue, punishment.’

Holly pointed out that people do sometimes get sexual gratification from being dominated, with Sherry responding: ‘Because they’re males, everything has some sexual connotation. to them, of course it’s got sexual gratification at some stage for them.

‘Not for me. they don’t touch me, I don’t touch them sexually. What they want to do to themselves afterwards is okay, it’s fine.’

Sherry also said not all of her ‘subs’ want to be whipped or dominated in a traditional way, and that she has a ‘lifestyle slave’ who just comes round to do her DIY.

‘He is just at my beck and call,’ she explained.

Sherry also explained that her family is completely supportive of her job, with her daughter even encouraging her to charge more for her work.

She decided on the drastic career change when she watched a documentary about phone sex when her marriage fell apart.

Sherry previously said on the show: ‘That’s my only regret that he didn’t leave me years ago, there is so much I still want to do’.
