While it initially looked like he would step up to redeem himself slightly, he instead left her to die.

Gray was shown going for a walk while his partner died, alone, to give himself a credible alibi.

Will Gray get caught?

In teasers for upcoming episodes, it appears as if Gray does fall under suspicion.

Gray does his best to try and deceive the police officers, but it is known that new evidence is due to come to light that will cast suspicion over his role in Chanetelle’s death even further.

However, viewers will have to stay tuned to find out if he gets caught, and Chantelle’s killer gets justice.
