Olivia Attwood has left the Australian jungle for good just 24 hours after heading into the I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! camp.

A rep from ITV confirmed the news to OK! magazine as they shared: "As a precautionary measure Olivia needed to leave the jungle to undergo some medical checks.

"Unfortunately, the medical team has advised it is not safe for Olivia to return to camp as there needs to be further investigation."

"She has been absolutely brilliant and she'll be very much missed on the show," they added.

It's believed the reality star is already on a flight back to home to the UK, where she'll reunite with her fiancé Bradley Dack.

OK! has approached ITV reps for comment.

The programme returned to screens on Sunday 6 November in the Australian jungle for the first time since the Covid-19 pandemic forced the globe into lockdowns.

Olivia made her grand entrance, appearing weary as she was voted by the public to be a VIP – very isolated person.

It wasn't long person the star left fans in hysterics at home though as people couldn't help but notice the odd way she ate a strawberry as she sat for breakfast with radio presenter Chris Moyles, 48.

Taking to Twitter to point out that she was eating strawberries with a knife and fork, one person said: "Watching Olivia Atwood cut a strawberry with a knife and fork made me feel uncomfortable #ImACeleb."

A second said: "Why was Olivia eating a strawberry with a knife and fork #ImACeleb?"

"Did Olivia just eat a strawberry with a knife and fork ?? #ImACeleb," another added.

A fourth user wrote: "Olivia now why are you eating a strawberry with a knife and fork… #ImACeleb."

While Roman Kemp commented: "Olivia using a knife and fork to eat a strawberry has already won #ImACeleb."
