James' exit confirmed in Hollyoaks as The Undertaker shows him who's boss

James Nightingale (Gregory Finnegan) will pay a devastating price in Hollyoaks, after crossing paths with The Undertaker (Glynis Barber).

The lawyer, as viewers know, is struggling with a gambling addiction, and with debts piling up left, right and centre, he’s running out of options.

With a tight deadline approaching, he must think fast in order to come up with cash quickly, otherwise his loved ones could pay a deadly price.

Ste Hay (Kieron Richardson), meanwhile, desperately tries to convince James to seek help, but he fails to get through to him.

James subsequently realises that the only person who can truly help him is The Undertaker!

Left with no options, he meets with Norma, but it’s clear that he’s in way over his head. One thing leads to another, and the lawyer ends up in a coffin begging for his life!

Can he prove his worth to The Undertaker? If so, can he save his own life?

He’s given the option to do so, as Norma tasks him with a very dangerous delivery.

Is James up to the job?

That remains to be seen. Romeo (Owen Warner), meanwhile, gets wind of the deadly situation in which his dad has found himself, and thus he swoops into action, desperate to save him.

Will he suceed?

The jury is still out on that one, we’re afraid, but it’s not looking too good for James, as Norma’s true intentions for him are revealed.

The Undertaker makes a chilling offer, one which leaves James stunned, and he’s ultimately left with little choice but to leave the village.

Have we truly seen the last of James? Or will he manage to find a way back home, like he’s done so many times before?

One to watch: Monday June 13 at 7pm on E4.
