KATIE Price has started filming her Changing Rooms- style show today for Channel 4.
The 42-year-old is documenting the four-month long renovations on her mucky mansion for fans – after allowing the property to fall into a state of disrepair over the years.
A source told us: "Filming started today – it's going to be a huge transformation with millions of pounds poured into it.
"Everyone hopes the house will be restored to its former glory, but it's a huge job, it's completely uninhabitable at the moment.
“Cameras and production crew arrived on the grounds today and Katie's thrown herself into mucking in."
Katie's rep tells The Sun: "Yes, I can confirm filming has commenced with Channel 4."
The reality star has a good relationship with the channel, after appearing as part of daytime show Steph's Packed Lunch.
Katie and fiancé Carl Woods have already set up an account to document the transformation, which has so far seen them clear rooms, share design inspiration and floor plans.
A video shared from the property today shows a lot of work is still needed, as piles of rubble and dirt are scattered around the grounds.
The couple have spent much of the summer going on holiday and recently returned from St Lucia – so the renovations might have taken a back seat.
Katie shocked fans when she moved back into the house – despite saying it was “full of bad luck”.
The so-called "mucky mansion" has fallen into disrepair over the years and recently suffered a collapsed ceiling and flooded kitchen.
The house was ransacked by intruders who completely flooded the upstairs by leaving the taps running.
Last year firefighters tackled a blaze at the mansion with neighbours convinced the property was burning down.
The Sussex house is ideally located because it’s just ten minutes from her ex Peter Andre’s home, who she shares Junior, 16, and Princess, 14, with.
Katie is also mum to Harvey, 19 and Jett, 7, and Bunny, 6, who divide their time between her home and dad Kieran Hayler's.
