Kim Kardashian's court case over Instagram post with Kanye West settled after being sued by US photographer

KIM Kardashian has one less thing to worry about at the moment, as a lawsuit she was the subject of has been settled.

She was being sued for £114,000 by a US photographer after she used his loved-up pictures of herself and husband Kanye West on her Instagram account in October 2018.

In filed court papers, Saeed Bolden claimed to be the person who took the snaps and said he never gave the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star permission to use them.

He also involved her shapewear fashion line Skims Body in the legal action, as its Insta account was shared.

But new legal documents released by the District Court of New York say: “It is hereby noticed that this case has settled and the case should be dismissed with prejudice, with each side to bear their own costs and attorney’s fees.”

The news comes after Kim and Kanye jetted off to spend some time at a remote Caribbean fortress to try to save their marriage following a series of public meltdowns by the rapper.

I bet Kim’s hoping that doesn’t end up in court.
