The Rude Boy singer posed in a string of elaborate floral headgear as well as avant-garde outfits for the fashion bible, keeping her famous figure under wraps beneath the frills and ruffles.
In the accompanying interview, Rihanna spoke about her famous figure and how she hopes to hang on to her curves as she embarks on a new fitness regime.
Asked what it's like to be a pin-up around the world, she said: "Ok, you're asking the wrong person.
"I don't know, maybe it's because I'm 'thicc' now. I don't know.
"I'm about to get back into the gym and stuff, and I hope I don't lose my butt or my hips or all of my thighs. I'll lose some but not all.
"And I think of my boobs, like, 'Imma lose everything, everything goes!' But, you know, it comes with a price.

The star – who has been making headlines since she first hit the charts in 2005 – recently spoke about confidence and how women need to embrace what they see in the mirror.
Having recently launched a lingerie collection called Savage x Fenty, Rihanna revealed her aim was to make women feel sexy and confident.
She said last month: "Women should be wearing lingerie for their damn selves. I can only hope to encourage confidence and strength by showing lingerie in another light.
"I want people to wear Savage x Fenty and think, "I'm a bad b****." I want women to own their beauty."
