Mollie, 31, was paired up with AJ for last year's series of the show.
This year the 23-year-old professional dancer is partnered with Paralympic athlete Lauren Steadman.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun Online at the Attitude Awards, Mollie shared: "I am watching Strictly and we are all supporting AJ and Lauren.
"I am completely jealous of them, I wish I could do it all again."
The star went on to reveal that she'd do things differently if she got another chance at the BBC dance show.
She continued: "I wish I could do it again without the nerves because I think it's the nerves that really get to you.
"But I absolutely loved it – I watch them every Saturday night like 'I want to be up there again!'
"So I wish I could turn back the hands of time."
Last night's show saw AJ and Lauren take to the dancefloor with a Quickstep to Can’t Hurry Love by Diana Ross and the Supremes.
However, much of the celebrity dancing was overlooked by Strictly fans – who had all eyes on comic Seann Walsh and his dance partner Katya Jones as they performed just days after their affair was exposed.
The pair were pictured kissing after a boozy night out in London last weekend.
Both stars apologised for the scandal, blaming alcohol for the smooch.
Seann's girlfriend, Rebecca Humphries, soon released an emotional statement to confirm that she had dumped the comedian.
Meanwhile, Katya told It Takes Two host Zoe Ball that her marriage to fellow Strictly professional Neil Jones was "fine" following the scandal.
Viewers accused the judges of "overmarking" Seann and Katya's Charleston last night – with the couple coming in fifth place with 28 points.
