The pair were recently reunited after a week apart while Vicky filmed a secret TV project, and today they made up for lost time by having a roast dinner at Menagerie in Manchester.
They enjoyed a boozy night out yesterday and a Sunday roast appeared to be the perfect hangover cure.
Vicky was particularly pleased, writing on Instagram: "Perfect end to an amazing weekend in Manchester… ❤️
"Huge THANKYOU to @menagerie_restaurant for one of the best Sunday roasts I have ever had in my life and also for putting a smile back on @johnnoblejn’s face… (he does not deal with hangovers well!! ???)."
The former Geordie Shore star recently reassured her fans she was OK after taking some time away from social media to focus on the mystery project.
She wrote: "So sorry to have kept any of you gorgeous lot in the dark, and I appreciate all your kind messages of concern and support! But I promise I’m fine!!
"I’ve been filming an exciting new project! Can’t wait to tell you all about it!! Have a fantastic week everyone ☺️✨."
Earlier today Vicky wowed fans with a make-up free selfie before revealing a dramatic transformation using fake tan.
The TV star, 30, showed off the results of her beauty regime with 'before' and 'after' pics shared to Instagram.
Giving her four million Instagram followers an insight into her beauty routine, the Geordie Shore favourite posted a selfie of herself make-up free and another next to it after she had put on fake tan and make-up.
Alongside the 'before' and 'after' pics, she wrote: "I do love a fake tannnnn…"
Her fans were amazed by the transformation. One wrote: "Flawless!!"
Another commented: "Obviously you look stunning in the right picture, but I do love the left. You have such a happy smile are are naturally so pretty. It's nice to see the regular you too x"
It comes after Vicky showed off the results of her recent workout regime.
The former Geordie Shore star – who's gearing up for her wedding to John – posted a series of snaps to her Instagram account and revealed she's planning to release a calendar in 2019.
She wrote: "2019 calendar coming soooooon… (body under construction for the same year! ?? I appreciate your patience!)."
And her 3.9 million followers seemed thrilled with the snap.
One wrote: "I love how ‘real’ you are… us women feel under constant pressure to look ‘perfect’ …. you look amazing and I have pure body envy!"
Another said: "Vicky you look amazing…you truly are a beauty".
A third said: "You're genuine which is unfortunately quite rare these days".
The 30-year-old has a long documented history of punishing herself with intensive workouts and boot camps.
The TV star has hit out at trolls who have criticised her body in the past – and she looks set to silence those trolls for good as she provides updates from her body project.
Vicky has been updating fans on her progress as she lifts, boxes, runs and stretches her way to a new toned figure.
