Candy Shop Mansion playboy Travers Benyon's Instagram shut down over 'inappropriate content'

THE Instagram account of playboy Travers Benyon’s Candy Shop Mansion has been shut down over “inappropriate content”.

The account, which had 800,000 followers, was shuttered on February 10 without any warning, Candy Shop Mansion event manager Belinda Gavin said.

She told the Mail: “It’s been destructive for us because we were just about to roll out more marketing.

“Instagram is how we communicate with our fans.”

Benyon’s personal Instagram account is still active.

The Candy Shop Mansion is the home of Aussie businessman Travers Benyon, who’s well known for the lavish — and risque — parties he throws.

Usually featuring half naked DJs and attire that veers on optional, the parties are a hot ticket on the country’s Gold Coast.

To get into Benyon’s massive Freaks Unleashed party last year, prospective revellers had to send a photo and fill out a questionnaire which asked them to open up about their freakiest traits.

Benyon, who owns FreeChoice Australia, often coughs up £360,000 to pay for the parties.

Described as Australia’s Hugh Hefner, Beynon lives in the mansion with his wife, girlfriend and up to four other women each night.

The Candy Shop Mansion website says: “Travers is a provocative entertainer — there are no boundaries he won’t exceed.

“Beautiful women, designer clothing and fast cars do not define Travers.

“What defines him is his desire to break the rules, challenge mindsets and redefine entertainment.”

The businessman told News Corp Australia in 2017 that he has four women in his bed “on average”.
