Growing-your-own is being embraced by people turning to vegetarianism or veganism or those simply cutting down on meat, the Royal Horticultural Society said. Other gardening trends include rising houseplant popularity and the return of ferns. The RHS has based its predictions on conversations with experts, including garden curators and show managers.
