BRIANNA Kupfer's dad Todd has spoken out about his daughter's killing while working in a Los Angeles luxury furniture store.
For the first time, he has talked about the heinous attack and putting the blame for his daughter's death on politicians.
Who is Brianna Kupfer's father Todd?
Todd Kupfer, 60, is famously known as Brianna Kupfer's father.
On January 18, 2022, he sat down with Fox News to talk about his daughter's daytime attack blaming politicians for letting criminals run rampant.
"Crime is truly spiking, and we have a lot of criminals on the streets that shouldn’t be out," Todd told the media outlet.
"We have a lot of politicians that somehow forgot about people and think the key to getting elected is to support the lowest rung of our society and to give them rights and somehow that’s the answer to getting votes."
He went on to call his daughter a "kind soul," who was "trying to make herself better and everything around her better."
"She cared about people," he continued. "…We need to champion [my daughter] as a beacon of what's wrong and make sure that people recognize that – because it could be their children next, and it's just an impossible price to pay."

3What happened to Brianna Kupfer?
On January 13, 2022, Brianna passed away after a man, who is believed to be homeless, came into Croft House and stabbed her to death.
She was discovered by a customer 20 minutes later but pronounced dead on the scene, according to Fox 11.
Brianna was known as a 24-year-old UCLA grad student who was studying architectural design and working at the store as a design consultant.
Prior to UCLA, she graduated from Los Angeles' Brentwood High School and the University of Miami.
LAPD have identified the suspect as Shawn Laval Smith aged 31.
Investigators claimed he was captured on video in chilling footage showing him calmly buying a vape pen from a 7-Eleven just 30 minutes after the murder.
In a statement, the force said: “He should be considered armed and dangerous.
“If seen, do not approach, call 911.”
Brianna was reportedly killed just hours before she was set to take a flight from LA to New York, to celebrate a friend's birthday.
