Jeremy Renner is in ‘critical but stable condition’ due to injuries suffered after a ‘weather related accident while plowing snow.’

The 51-year-old actor, a two-time Academy Award nominee, was airlifted to the hospital on Sunday, his spokesperson told Deadline. 

According to the actor’s spokesperson, The Mayor of Kingstown star was ‘receiving excellent care’ and his family his with him.

The actor, who has been seen on the Disney+ Marvel series Hawkeye and in the Avengers and Captain America motion picture, owns a home in Reno in the region near Mt. Rose-Ski Tahoe, the Reno Gazette-Journal reported last year.

The area was massively impacted by a Saturday night storm that left 35,000 households without power, in the Northern Nevada counties Washoe, Carson, Douglas, Storey and Lyon, the paper reported.
