Holly, 40, was on hand to host the first edition of This Morning for this week alongside her co-star, Phillip Schofield, 59. Following an advertisement break, the pair were set to speak to a royal expert about the news coming from the Royal household. However, before they began the discussion, they touched on the news that resident ITV medical expert Dr Zoe Williams, 41, had given birth to her first child with her boyfriend, Stuart McKay.

Taking to her Instagram account on Sunday, the General Practitioner shared a picture of her holding her child’s hand.

The presenter captioned the image with a statement that read: “So delighted to announce that baby Williams-McKay has arrived and we are all safe, sound and doing great.

“We are taking a week away from social media to enjoy our newborn love bubble but I promise to share all the details once I’m back online next week.”

It was this post that Holly and Phillip referenced and they sent all their love to their colleague on the new arrival.

With no confirmation on the gender of the child, Holly said: “I wanted it to be a boy but we don’t know.”
