Kim, 43, was photographed on the CFDA Fashion Awards red carpet wearing a stunning black gown with sequin detailing.
The dress boasted a halter neckline and no back.
The dress hugged her body, showing off her signature butt.
There were shiny button details down the back of the dress and a slit at the bottom.
