Loose Women fans were left feeling tearful as Brenda Edwards made a return to the ITV panel on Tuesday (April 26).

The 48-year-old TV personality had taken some time out from work after the tragic loss of her son Jamal Edwards.

Viewers of the daytime favourite were delighted to see Brenda back on the show and took to Twitter to welcomed her back with their well wishes.

One tweet read: "So glad to see Brenda back, to be able to come back after only 3 months is incredibly brave, very admirable, lovely lady @brenda_edwards #LooseWomen."

Another added: Well done @brenda_edwards It’s so hard going back to work after a bereavement #LooseWomen."
