Nadia Sawalha, 56, shows off her curves in bra and says she's sexier when she's not 'done up like a dog's dinner’

NADIA Sawalha says at 56 she’s finally found what makes her feel sexy and it’s not being “done up like a dog’s dinner” in lacy lingerie.

The Loose Women panellist says wearing comfy undies is one of the things she loves about getting older.

"I think if you are too uncomfortable you can't be yourself,” the former EastEnders actress says.

“And there is nothing more attractive than someone who is confident with themselves.

“There are many times when I have gone out to a do or a red carpet thing and I am done up like a dog's dinner, and I might be standing very still and looking lovely.

“And the amount of times I have just gone off and got changed."

Grabbing her boobs with both hands, Nadia clearly loves the skin she’s in as she models the revolutionary new ‘no dig’ no1 bra.

"That's one of the things I love about being older – that I don't feel I have to squeeze myself into things that don't feel right and look a certain way,” she says.

“And I think probably in some ways I think I look the best that I have because of that.

“Because I'm like ‘This is me’.”

The TV personality first stripped off for an unairbrushed underwear shoot with the Loose Women three years ago.

And her body confidence hit new heights last year when she posted a naked photo on Instagram to reveal her "flaws" and poke fun at body perfect celebrities like Gwyneth Paltrow.

In her latest nude skit, Nadia mocks Kim Kardashian telling fans how to “smooth out her cellulite” with shapewear.

Nadia has been married to her husband Mark Adderley for 18 years and they enjoyed a small family Christmas this year with their daughters Maddy, 18, and Kiki, 13.

The mum-of-two gorged on boxes of Roses washed down with Baileys at her south London home and shared the results of her overindulgence on Instagram.

Sharing a snap of her bloated belly, Nadia admitted that she had a “food baby” and even shared a joke “pregnancy” announcement.

“Each day I can feel her growing and am overwhelmed with emotion,” she quipped.

Nadia is now looking forward to enjoying big family BBQs in the spring after lockdown.

“We are just going to hold off for a bit longer and keep as safe as we can,” she said.

“My parents live next door to me and they are in their 80s so I will pop over next door and maybe have a couple of drinks outside around the fire sort of thing.

“But I don't want to take any risks."
