Britney Spears cemented her place in the music industry over the years thanks to huge hits including …Baby One More Time, Oops!…I Did It Again, Gimme More and Criminal.

And now, the pop superstar has a new accomplishment to boast thanks to her hit single Toxic, which won Spears her first Grammy for Best Dance Recording.

The 2003 track reached a whopping billion streams on Spotify following the release of her new song, Mind Your Business, with

Spears is the latest member to enter the billion streams club, which already includes ABBA with Dancing Queen to Whitney Houston with I Wanna Dance With Somebody.

According to Spotify’s playlist compiling songs with more than a billion streams, Toxic is the 449th song to hit the huge figure.

After Toxic, her next most-streamed hit on Spotify is …Baby One More Time which currently stands at over 650 million streams.

The update comes after Spears and released their new song Mind Your Business on July 21 and the latter had nothing but praise for his co-star.

The two megastars have once again collaborated for their latest release Mind Your Business after previously working together on Work, B***h and Scream & Shout.

The song is Spears’ second most recent collab, after joining Elton John last year for a remix based on his 1972 classic Tiny Dancer, titled Hold Me Closer.

And it seems the Black Eyed Peas member would be open to doing so again as he heaped praise on the Toxic hitmaker.

In a new interview, promised he will “always make myself available” to Spears, whom he described as “an amazing human being”.

He told Variety: “Whatever, however and whenever, Britney, I am there for her.

“She’s a darling to work with, an amazing human being. I’ll always make myself available to her.”
