Davina McCall, 55, showcases her washboard abs in a skimpy green bikini while racing across the beach as she shares her own take on TikTok trend during family holiday

Davina McCall showcased her incredible figure while on a family holiday on Thursday.

Taking to Instagram, the presenter, 55, posted her own version of a TikTok trend in which people dance, mime and run away from the camera to music.

In her version, the stunner donned a skimpy green bikini as she ran along the beach while Lizzy McAlpine’s song Ceilings played in the background.

Her swimwear for the funny video revealed her washboard abs and slender figure. 

The beauty wore her raven tresses loose and revealed her golden tan as she sang along.

She captioned her post: ‘My family: Mum let’s go in now yeah? We laughed so much doing this . I can’t tell u how long it took me to learn.’

It comes after Davina looked every inch the sporting superwoman as she ran in the Lady Garden Family Challenge in London’s Hyde Park on Saturday.

The presenter ran alongside her daughter Holly, 21, who she described as a ‘whippet’ as she ran the Hyde Park course, with the pair finishing together.  

Davina showed off her slender frame in an all-black ensemble, which she paired with bright white trainers.

She flashed her toned midriff when she whipped off her long sleeve top, revealing a fitted vest top, which showcased her infamous washboard abs.

Before the race, Davina could be seen laughing and joking with friends, including beauty entrepreneur Trinny Woodhall, who joked Davina looked like a policewoman in her running getup.

The pair have been friends for over 30 years and in a reel that she posted to her Instagram, Davina told her followers, ‘I absolutely love this woman.’

Davina told her 1.6 million followers: ‘Today was the day!!! @ladygardenfoundation challenge was EPIC!!!!

‘This is the most family and pet friendly run I’ve ever done 5 or 10k, so many dogs and kids … some on scooters and bikes , some walking for bits … everyone smiling it was really really joyous …

‘Check out @ladygardenfoundation , they educate and raise funds towards the 5 gynaecological cancers … my biological mum had ovarian cancer … they are called the silent killers .. often misdiagnosed or caught late … anyway …
