Former Hollyoaks actor Gary Lucy has been left with horrific bruising following his shock Boxing Day car accident.
The Celebs Go Dating star, 41, who’s in a new relationship with Love Islander Laura Anderson, 33, shared an image of his injuries on Friday after he escaped serious injury following the smash.
Later in the day, Laura shared a pair of sexy beach snaps from their Dubai getaway where she showcased her jaw-dropping figure in a pink-and-green swimsuit.

Gary, who admitted he was ‘lucky to be alive’, ended up in Glasgow Royal Infirmary hospital after spending his first Christmas with Laura and crashing his car in her native Scotland.
Father-of-four Gary posted on Instagram a picture showing a dark purple bruise, captioning the upload ‘so pretty’ with a vomiting emoji.
The ex-Footballers’ Wives actor, who met Laura filming E4 series Celebs Go Dating this year, previously shared an image of his car following the accident, which was left beyond repair.

Laura was so relived that Gary had managed to avoid any serious, longterm injuries, later thanking Saint Joseph for watching over him.
She explained the couple ‘aren’t religious’ but she believes a card picturing the Saint, who was married to Mary, the mother of Jesus Christ, played a part in him surviving the accident.
Laura dedicated a post featuring photos of the pair on Christmas Day snuggled up together on the sofa alongside her dog Buddy to Gary, saying ‘I love you my darling and your strength doesn’t go unnoticed.’
Writing on Instagram, she said: ‘Christmas time. It’s always a little bit sad not being able to spend the festive period with everyone you’d like to but here is out first Christmas together.

‘Gary’s gran gave him this. It has words about safety and protection on the other side. I pulled it out his bag yesterday morning just before his accident.’
She asked her 1.4million followers, ‘do you keep anything sentimental with you for protection?’

Gary spent Christmas Day with new girlfriend Laura in her native Glasgow before crashing his car.
The soap star ended up at the Glasgow Royal Infirmary hospital on Boxing Day but thankfully was able to leave the same day after only suffering an injury to his knee.
He spent Christmas apart from his children and ex-wife Natasha Gray, who he split from in 2018 following four years of marriage.
Gary met Laura while filming E4 show Celebs Go Dating and the pair quickly became infatuated with each other.
Laura starred on the series following her split from Another Level singer Dane Bowers, who she had been with for five years.

Gary, who’s from Essex, told MailOnline he hoped Laura would relocate to live with him and he would soon have the opportunity to introduce her to his mum.
He said: ‘I want to bring her back to mine, roast dinner with my mum, because her approval is important, and then chill. I want to get her down to Essex with me. I think she’s an Essex girl at heart.’
The actor predicted that his children will enjoy getting to know Laura because she’s both a girls’ girl and a tomboy.
Gary added: ‘I know that they’ll get on with her because she’s good fun… she’s just cool. She’s a girly girl and a tomboy rolled into one at different times.’
