But Sainsbury's fans, listen up! Luckily, one woman has shared a clever trick that will get you a discount off your food shop every time.

And the best part of all? It really couldn't be any easier,

In a clip posted to TikTok (@paleandthrifty), she begins: "How to instantly get money off your shopping.

"If you're ever coming into Sainsbury's and you haven't got a money off coupon…this is what I always do."

She then goes onto explain how she bought a Meal Deal which she was planning on buying anyway.

Amy replied: "You get them with a Nectar card when you buy something."

A second penned: "I always do this…never fails!"

Poundland shoppers have also been raving over a clever way to get money off your next shop.

A customer showed the receipt she had been given after she reached the till in Poundland.

The voucher said: “As a thank you get £2 off when you spend £10 or more.”

The shopper wrote on Facebook that she had spent £12 on her shop and they had handed her the voucher.
